72Belinda Jean Bishop, 53, of Waipahu died in Waipahu. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by son Sandy L. Jr.; daughter Amy B. Palacio; brothers John, Duane and Donald Duh; sister Lyla Reed; and six grandchildren. Celebration of life and potluck: 1 p.m. Feb. 20 at Waianae Boat Harbor. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
