Richard John Harr, 74, of Ewa Beach, a retired Navy veteran, died in Ewa Beach. He was born in San Francisco. He is survived by son David, daughter Elizabeth, sister Lois Norman and five grandchildren. Services: 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Feb. 20 at Oahu Cemetery. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
