74Jack Randall Martin, 58, of Kailua-Kona, a teacher and musician, died at home. He was born in San Pablo, Calif. He is survived by wife Debra Welch-Martin, daughter Keelee and mother Jeannette. Celebration of life: 3 p.m. Feb. 28 at Hale Halawai, Kailua-Kona. Musicians' jam to follow 5:30 p.m. at Kona Elks Club. Casual attire.
