80Shigeru Tsukayama, 94, of Pearl City, a Hawaiian Telephone Co. retiree, died in Pearl City. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons Michael and Patrick, daughter Linda E. Kashinoki, eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Private services.
