MAMORU SAWAI Age 89, of Wahiawa, HI, passed away February 3, 2016 in Wahiawa, HI. Born June 16, 1926 in Kipapa, Oahu, HI. He was a U.S. Army veteran and retired as a tool room supervisor for Standard Oil Company of California. He is survived by daughter, Dayle (Dennis) Kurokawa; daughter-in-law, Jacqueline Sawai; brother, Satoru (Barbara) Sawai; sisters, Mitsuru Sawa, Sumako Sawai, Chikako (Yoshitsugu) Nishimura; 5 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren. Private services were held.
