Herbert Susumu Takabayashi, 87, of Wahiawa, a Coast Guard veteran, died in Wahiawa. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Jenifeer R., sisters Katherine Ganeko and Ethel Okamoto, and stepdaughters Sherry A., Melody, Charmian and Wendy J. Gaoiran. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Feb. 26 Friday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
