77Charlotte Hisayo Oura, 88, of Honolulu, a retired Honolulu Police Department police reporter, died in Straub Clinic & Hospital. She is survived by son Wayne, daughter Phyllis Kurio, brother Dr. Harry H. Harada, sisters Ruth S. Okazaki and Ellen M. Harada, and two grandchildren. Private services. No monetary offerings.
