74Edward Wilfred Niemi, 88, of Honolulu, a retired carpenter, died in Kailua. He was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. He is survived by son Franklin, daughters Alina Niemi and Amelia Hunter, brothers Arnold and Melvin, and a grandchild. Visitation: 5 p.m. March 2 at Diamond Head Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m.
