James Leroy Cowper, 86, of Mililani, an Air Force retiree, died in Mililani. He was born in Port Huron, Mich. He is survived by wife Terry M.; sons Michael L. and Stuart J.; daughters Sandra M. Spickler, Shawn L. Daniels, Kellie K. Cowper-Johnasen and Erin M. Saraceno; and 10 grandchildren. Private services.
