76Gary Yau Choy Loo, 80, of Havana, Fla., a licensed civil engineer in Hawaii, California and Florida, died in Havana. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Claudia Char; sons Gerald, Leslie, Daniel and Jonathon; daughters Laurie Lai and Lianne Valenzuela; brother Dr. Larry Y.S.; and sister Luanne Lee. Services held in Havana.
