Alan T. Miyamoto, 82, of Kahului, a dentist and an Air Force captain, died at home. He was born in Puunene, Maui. He is survived by wife Amy S., a son, two daughters and six grandchildren. Visitation: 3:30 p.m. March 5 at Kahului Union Church, 101 W. Kamehameha Ave. Service: 5 p.m. Casual aloha attire.
