79Rose Nakako Itano, 95, a hospital dietician, an ikebana instructor and a koto player, died in Hawaii Kai. She was born in Carlsbad, Calif. She is survived by sons Wayne, Glenn and David; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Service in San Diego. Donations suggested to the Japanese Friendship Garden of San Diego (niwa.org).
