Claude Neil Brazier, 82, of Keaau, Hawaii, a retired professor of business at Hawaii Community College and an Army veteran, died in Pohai Malama. He was born in East Alton, Ill. He is survived by wife Marji and daughters Kristi Pogue and Vicki Brazier. No services.
