80Galdino "Gal" Cabinatan, 83, of Ewa Beach, a city supervisor for road maintenance, died in Honolulu. He was born in Hanamaulu, Kauai. He is survived by wife Lourdes M.; sons Robin, Reuben and Gal Cabinatan, and Emile Alcartado; daughters Caridad Merritt, Valerie Butler, Pearl Macres, Gay Rapisora, Stacie Tanigawa and Julia Cabinatan; brother Antonio; sisters Vicky Paolilo and Bessy Snively; 16 grandchildren; and 20 greatgrandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. March 7 at Borthwick Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Additional visitation: 9 a.m. March 8 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, Ewa Beach.
