73Maura Saplan Feliciano, 97, of Waipahu died in Waipahu. She was born in the Philippines. She is survived by husband Juan; sons Jose, Ruben and Ernesto; daughters Remedious Isla, Julie Agustin and Ester Barroga; 18 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
