Betty Shizuko Sakuoka, 95, of Mililani died in Wahiawa. She was born in Haleiwa. She is survived by son Dennis; brothers Lawrence, David, Harold, Stanley and Wallace Takenaka; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Private services. No monetary offerings.
