76Felicidad Cabanilla "Fely" Quiton, 66, of Waipahu, a retired care home operator, died in Aiea. She was born in Ilocos Sur, Philippines. She is survived by husband Roland Sr., son Radcliffe, daughter Winnie, brother Fred Cabanilla, sister Adelina Rombawa and two grandchildren. Visitation: 6 p.m. March 11 at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Service: 6:30 p.m. Additional visitation: 8:30 a.m. March 12 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 94-675 Farrington Highway, Waipahu.
