83Shigeo "Shige" Ito, 89, of Honolulu, a retired civilian employee at Hickam Air Force Base and an Army veteran who served in World War II, died in Kuakini Medical Center. He was born in Lahaina. He is survived by wife Winifred Y.; sons Scott T.; daughters Dr. Melanie S. Ito, Deirdre R. Kinstler, Pamela Yuri Ito and Heidi R. Fujishige; and four grandchildren. Private services.
