75Damian Allan Chaves, 57, of Hilo died in Pohai Malama. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by wife Sharen, daughters Deeann M. Lapa and Sasha A. Mitchell, brother Dwayne, sister Gemma and seven grandchildren. Visitation: 4 p.m. March 11 at Dodo Mortuary, Hilo. Celebration of life: 6 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
