Richard "Boy" Abang Sr., 73, of Ewa Beach, an Army veteran, died in Ewa Beach. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by companion Darlene Sagon; sons Rudy Sagon and Richard Jr. and Rayno Abang; daughters Nanette Tierra, Janine Quisano, Faith Perez and Darilyn and Darla Abang; brother Marcelo; sister Maria A. Fletcher; 28 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. March 14 at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 7:30 p.m. Burial: 10 a.m. March 15 at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe.
