78Theodore Guerpo, also known as "Ted" and "Teddy," 85, of Hilo, a retired welder and ironworker, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Honokaa, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Taeim "Kathy"; daughters Teresa Ells, Tania Delfin, Marcie Vicente, Taryn Mahuna and Mallory Kaipo; son Tyrone; sisters Julia Cuaresma and Crispina Quitoriano; 13 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Celebration of life: 11 a.m. March 13 at Hilo Women's Club, 7 Lele St., Hilo. Casual attire.
