Alvin Hisashi Ozaki, 70, of Honolulu, a vice president and business banker for First Hawaiian Bank and a retired Army Reserve lieutenant colonel, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Gladys T., son Royce K. Fukumoto, daughters Karie M. Izuo and Michele R. Fukumoto, brothers Roy and Allen, and two grandchildren. Private services.
