81Maxine Takeko Tomoyasu, 91, of Huntington Beach, Calif., formerly of Honolulu, a retired U.S. government accountant for the Army and Air Force Exchange Service, died in Huntington Beach. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by daughter Lori McGee, brothers Wallace T. and Harry H. Yamamoto, sister Mabel M. Fujinaka, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
