Roy Ryoichi "Toto" Okada, 74, of Honolulu, a retired carpenter and an Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Lahaina. He is survived by daughter Deborah, sisters Suzanne Hara and Penny Okubo, and two grandchildren. Private services.
