81Rose Aiyo Ota, 94, of Honolulu, a homemaker, died in Avalon Care Center. She was born in Japan. She is survived by husband Ronald M., son Calvin, daughter Margaret Ikeda, three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Private services.
