80William Jay "Billy" Jossy, 30, of Kailua-Kona, a tradesman in the construction industry, died in Kona Community Hospital. He was born in Long Beach, Calif. He is survived by companion Rebecca Pacheco, son Rainen, hanai daughter Ariel W. Yuen, father Steven, mother Souphiep Souen, sister Souphon Chan and grandparent Carol.
