Benjamin Ligsay, 77, of Pearl City, a retired Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard welding supervisor and an Air Force veteran, died. He was born in Kahuku. He is survived by wife Marian T.; sons Derrick and Jason; daughter Donna Nozaki; sisters Ann Menor, Jane Kealoha and Irene Ligsay; and four grandchildren.
