81Sumi Uluhani Charlotte Chang-Ortanes, 52, of Honolulu, a Genesis Salon and Day Spa hairstylist, died in Kuakini Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Steve M. Ortanes, son Trevor J. Sylva, daughter Asia M. Sylva, mother Ruth T. Chang, sisters Emi Espinda and Yuri Rhoden, and a grandchild. Visitation: 5 p.m. March 22 at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m.
