76Maureen Brown, 82, of Waikoloa, Hawaii, a retired secretary for the World Health Organization in Geneva, died in Life Care Center of Kona. She was born in Yorkshire, England. She is survived by daughters Deborah Bartle and Elizabeth Brown, son Robert, three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Private services. Donations suggested to Annunciation Parish of Puako.
