Yoshimi Yamamoto, 93, of Hawi, Hawaii, retired owner of Veterans' Service Station and an Army veteran who served in the 442nd Regimental Combat Team during World War II, died in Kona Community Hospital. He was born in Kohala, Hawaii. He is survived by daughters Sharon and Leah Yamamoto, and Aimee Kasumi; and two grandchildren. Visitation: 1 p.m. March 26 at Hawi Jodo Mission, 55-3364 Akoni Pule Highway. Services: 2:30 p.m. Casual attire.
