Sherman Franklin Meadows Jr., 86, of Kaneohe, a retired Army specialist 6 and state of Hawaii custodian, died in Kaneohe. He was born in Belle, W.Va. He is survived by sons Robert, Charles, Daniel and John; daughters Diane Meadows, Patti Roberts, Marylou Hacoba and Cathy Mello; sister Betty Lou Todd; 17 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Private services.
