Raymond Kawehi Wai, 77, of Kalihi and Ewa Beach, a contractor and builder and an Army National Guard veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons Charles Kalani and Daniel Wai, and Paul Chinen; daughters Dellanette Dupio and Candy Mae Dungca; brother Louis K.; sisters Annie Mitsumori, Nolana Boel and Roxane Kuwata; 11 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Celebration of life and topping off: noon to 4 p.m. March 25 at Ironworkers Union Hall, Ukee Street, Waipahu. No alcohol. Casual attire. Updated information for an obituary published Sunday.
