She is survived by husband Dr. Sisar M. Paderes; sisters Corazon Teanio, Arcenia (Miguel) Baysa and Betty Linda Lleces; many nieces, nephews. Visitation 5 p.m. on Tuesday (Mar. 29, 2016) at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary, service 6:30 p.m. Visitation also on Wednesday (Mar. 30, 2016) 10:30 a.m. at St. Philomena Catholic Church, Mass 11:30 a.m., burial 1 p.m. at the Hawaii State Veteran's Cemetery in Kaneohe.
