78Margaret M. "Peggy" Birnie, 98, of Honolulu, a retired Diamond Head Theatre costume designer, died in Kaneohe. She was born in California. She is survived by son Scott G., daughter Heather B. Oyadomori, three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Private services. Donations suggested to Hawaii Foodbank.
