RICHARD ALLAN CUTTER Richard Allan Cutter, 91, passed away peacefully in the arms of his loving wife of 50 years, Mary, at their home in Century City, CA, on Monday morning, March 21. Richard was born in St. Louis, MO, son of the late William "Bill" and Anne Cutter. He is survived by wife Mary, daughters Linda Lingle and Barbara Cutter, and grandsons David and Mika Save. He was predeceased by his son Stephen Cutter. He graduated from Soldan High School, Purdue University, and St. Louis School of Pharmacy. He served in the U.S. Navy during WWII. He owned Cutter Drugs in St. Louis prior to moving to CA in 1965, where he owned Keystone Ford in Norwalk. He moved to Hawaii in the early 1970s where he served as General Manager of Cutter Ford. Richard retired to Century City, CA, where he served as President of the Century Park East Homeowners Assn.
