73Richard Hiroshi Kai, 90, of Pearl City died in Pearl City. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by son Kurtis, daughter Rory Ikeda, brother James, sister Joyce Fujishige and a grandchild. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. March 28 at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
