David Kunio Wakumoto, 83, of Arcadia, Calif., a retired certified public accountant and a Coast Guard veteran, died. He was born in Kahuku. He is survived by daughter Janet, sons Dan and Doug, and four grandchildren. Services and burial: 10 a.m. April 4 at Hawaiian Memorial Park. Casual attire. No flowers.
