Stephen Masao Doue, 94, of Honolulu, a retired employee of the University of Hawaii at Manoa Agricultural Extension Service and an Army Military Intelligence Service veteran who served in World War II, died in 15 Craigside. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by brother Raymond Y. Doue and sister Kimie Morimoto. Private services.
