Wilfred W.C. "Budgie" Tom, of Honolulu, a retired Hawaiian Telephone Co. installations supervisor and a Marine Corps veteran who served in the Korean War, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Julie F., son Christopher and daughter Kathleen. Visitation: 9 a.m. March 31 at Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, Honolulu. Services: 10 a.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
