77Richard Howland "Dick" Close, 75, of Tofino, British Columbia, Canada, owner and president of Mid-Pac Electric, founder of Close Electric and developer of Weigh West Marine Resort, died in Tofino. He was born in Seattle. He is survived by companion Holly Baker; mother Ruth Mary; brothers David and Frank; and sisters Marilyn, Cathy and Christy. Celebration of life in Canada.
