Sakaria "Saka" Mareko, 73, of Hilo, a laborer, died in Life Care Center of Hilo. He was born in American Samoa. He is survived by wife Jan; son Pea Uulopa; brothers Navy, Ova, Lamo, Sipou and Leko Mareko, and Pele Paogofie; sister Fano Paogofie; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. No services.
