Alfred L. Lacro, 91, of Kailua-Kona and Naalehu, Hawaii, a retired machinist supervisor for Kau Sugar Co. and an Army veteran, died in Life Care Center of Kona. He was born in Waimea, Kauai. He is survived by wife Esther "Eustachia"; sons Burt Castro, and Al, Vernon, Everett, Ronald and Jon Lacro; daughters Cynthia and Janice Lacro, and Charlene Nilson; hanai daughters Kapiolani Ma, Lisa Lorenzo and Elizabeth Morgan; brothers John, Julian and Edward; sister Margaret; 16 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Visitation: 6 p.m. April 1 at Naalehu Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Services: 7 p.m. Additional visitation: 8 a.m. April 2 at the church. Mass: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Naalehu Community Cemetery. Casual attire.
