CLARENCE “POHAKU” WILHELM
CLARENCE POHAKU WILHELM Age 85, of Mililani, HI, passed away February 26, 2016 in Mililani, HI. Born November 17, 1930 in Wailuku, Maui, HI. A Chaminade University graduate, he honored our country for over 35 years in the U.S. Army and retired as Command Sergeant Major. He served in the Korean and Vietnam Wars. He was also the Community Director at Fort Shafter for 22 years and an active member of the 'Old Soldiers of Hawaii. He is survived by wife, Mineko; daughters, Faith (William) Goodwin, Dawn (Christopher) Guillermo; brothers, Paea (June) Wilhelm, Keawe (Laverne) Wilhelm; 2 grandchildren; 3 great-grand- children. Private services. No koden (monetary offerings) please.
