81Harold Leones "H Dog" Sumaoang, 54, of Kailua-Kona, a retired Hawaii County Police Department lieutenant, died at home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Catherine I., sons James and Isaac, daughter Gina, brothers Benedict and Eddie, sister Evelyn Amaral and a grandchild.
