81Motoe Sugawara Kalilikane, 80, of Honolulu, a retired chef, died in the Queen's Medical Center-West. She was born in Hokkaido, Japan. She is survived by sons Edwin III, Abraham, Albert and David; daughter Jane Machado; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. April 5 at Borthwick Mortuary.
