"Bob" Chang Jr., 72, of Lihue, a retired hotel chef who worked at the Halekulani, Royal Lahaina and Waiohai hotels, a Kauai Resort executive chef and a Sueoka Store employee, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by brothers Christian J. Sr. and Jack Sr. Visitation: 8:30 a.m. April 5 at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 9:30 a.m. Burial: 11 a.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
