Jessie Lopez Garcia, 97, of Honolulu, a retired warehouseman at Marine Corps Base Hawaii in Kaneohe and an Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in El Reno, Okla. He is survived by brother George, sister Rosie, caregiver Billy, 16 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. April 5 at Mililani Downtown Mortuary. Services: 10 a.m. Committal services: 1 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe.
