A World War II Army veteran, he retired from Prudential Life Insurance as an Insurance Agent, and was a Mayor and a Comelec Clerk of Nueva Era, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by sons, Alexander (Glenia) Ibarra, Marcos (Natividad) Ibarra; daughters: Merlinda Sildora, Elvira Sadorra; brother, Samuel (Filipinas) Ballon; sister, Alejandra (Guillermo) Silapan; 16 grandchildren; 24 great-grand- children; 3 great-great-grand- children. Visitation 6:00 p.m., Sunday (Apr. 10) at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel. Wake service 6:30 p.m.; Visitation also 8:15 a.m., Monday (Apr. 11) at St. Joseph Catholic Church (94-675 Farrington Hwy., Waipahu). Mass 9:30 a.m.; Burial to follow 11:00 a.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire.
