83Dr. Dennis Lloyd Watkins, 62, of Kailua, a medical doctor, died in Castle Medical Center. He was born in Glendale, Calif. He is survived by wife Elaine M.; daughters Shannon and Michelle Watkins, Krystal Chiatello and Renee Martin; brother Charles; sisters Michelle Beach and Nancy Robison; and two grandchildren. Visitation: 2:30 p.m. April 10 at Kailua Seventh-day Adventist Church. Services: 3 p.m. Paddle-out: 5 p.m. at Castles Surf Break, Kailua Bay. Casual attire. No flowers.
