74Ramona Arkin, 91, of Honolulu, a bartender, beautician and painter, died. She was born in Los Angeles. She is survived by son Michael, brother Gary Cowan, sister Genie Earles, five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Services to be announced at a later date on Hawaii island.
